I recon this issue is caused by the NVR_emissives dlc pack. If you have NVR installed, try removing that folder from mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.

To install this plugin, the .dll file must be placed in a "plugins" folder. This folder can be reached by going to the Grand Theft Auto V directory and placing the .dll file in the "plugins" folder. If this plugins folder does not exist, then you can simply create it. - SimpleCTRL download page These instructions sound very clear to me .

You download the plugins from their download page and install them like any other plugin. The files will overwrite itself.

Show me where you installed them to. Also attach your latest RagePluginHook.log.

Try to completely remove EUPMenu and the EUP files from your dlcpacks folder. Perform a full reinstall of EUP(Menu) and also make sure to use the latest RNUI version.

Try to remove PursuitPack (Or install SHVDN from here and keep PursuitPack). Update/Install RageNativeUI. If your issue persists after following these steps, send me a new log.
