This is probably down to what you prefer. I love everything that has a Valor lightbar. It doesn't even have to have a lot of other lights involved. Not sure whether this is exactly what you’re looking for but after equipping an outfit via EUPMenu for example, you can enter the console command (F4 RPH console) SetCurrentOutfitAsOnDutyOutfit or something along those lines. There is also one for OffDuty.

Pretty sure the line you are looking for is in special units or customregions.

No, just remove the LSPDFirstResponse plugin from \Plugins\LSPDFR\ and make sure it is in \Plugins\ instead.

There’s no crash within this log. Only thing I noticed is that you have the plugins files for LSPDFR inside your .\Plugins\LSPDFR folder while they should only belong in the .\Plugins\ folder

Sounds like you called first responder backup which uses the fbi2 slot by default. Open the ultimate backup xmls and check for the first responder entry. Change the car to something else that you want to show up. Alternatively just use the EMS option under the code 3 backup menu.

There isn’t really a solution for this. Obviously only playing with vanilla GTA isn’t as resource intense as playing with LSPDFR loaded. You can try to improve overall performance of your game by doing things like resizing car textures, installing a resource adjuster or simply remove some addons like plugins, scripts etc.

Does your game work without Rage? If not, rename mods to _mods, retry and report back. Also attach your latest log just to make sure.

Well, since you’ve started having this issue after you installed those mods, I’d suggest uninstalling them.
