Hiya, Thanks for trying to solve the issue yourself! You will need to create an exception for the GTAV folder with real time protection (or something similar). Not firewall.

It won't be something you use but will add more slots for EUP. All I can suggest is reinstalling that uniform pack making sure to replace/install all files. As I'm not a user of EUP, if that doesn't help, I may not be able to assist.

Temporarily, it will disable your mods folder.

You can get this folder from the manual install of LSPDFR.

Try removing AmbientAICallouts. If that makes no difference let me know.
