It wasn't. Your log said otherwise. Could you go into the RAGE settings and set it to load no plugins on startup? Then in-game, load plugins manually through the RAGE console.

Never heard of this issue with Natural Vision. You say it shows old vehicles you replaced - where is that coming from?

This is from your logs folder. Attach your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory.

You can't really - it is the model names that spawns them. However, I do suggest you save them as a preset.

Increase your plugin timeout threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings. Clear the contents of your commandline -> a text document found in your main directory.

All that it tells me is that the issue is coming from your mods folder. Sadly, there is no way of knowing which exact file is causing it or why.

Are you dragging and dropping the whole file? You should just copy and paste the section you are changing to avoid issues.

I don't use EUP but it looks like it has installation instructions in the file description - take a look at them.
