Type "LoadPlugin" and select EUP.

Did you load EUP through the RAGE console?

You can update both then, for the modded one, update your mods folder and wait for RAGE/ScriptHookV to update.

They are all being loaded. Do this for me: In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI Then click install again to reinstall them. Once that is done restart your PC and see if it makes a difference

This means the error is in there. Revert your previous changes in your mods folder, rename it back, then try again.

The game cannot open that way as it isn't being detected as installed.

I'm out of ideas. Well there is a GTAV update today. See how that goes.

The ones that spawn in the garage would be those replace vehicles. The addons, would't spawn automatically 🙂 Any more issues let me know.
