Police2 doesn't work as one file, the ".ytf" file is incorrect. I presume it should be "yft" Change it to that then retry.

Not too surprised to be honest. That can be expected. As for your crash, go to GTAV/Plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR, then, retry please. This is a diagnostic step; we are disabling the files in the LSPDFR folder.

Well, re-install UB and replace files when prompted, that is unless you know the issue in any of the XML's, in which case, fix it.
