So the issue is in your mods folder. Revert your previous changes.

As per the FAQ, which I strongly advise you read, you need to increas your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings.

Update RageNativeUI from here. Also, while not causing this specific crash, you do have many out of date plugins. These are, as a general rule, LSPDFR plugins not updated for 0.4.7 (2 versions below our current version.) For stability, I would check your plugins and remove the ones as outlined above.

ScriptHookV is updated. If you are having an infinte loading screen, that is often caused by you failing to update your mods folder. Please check if you have done this.
