PoliceSmartRadio is out of date, I advise you to remove it. BetterEMS is missing some files, namely "ParkTools" Either acquire that, or delete it. Failing this, attach a new log.

First off, GrammarPolice (or part of it) should be in /Plugins/LSPDFR, not /Plugins Then, could you retry and replicate the issue for me? I'd like to see another log.

Install LSPDFR. It is packaged with the latest RAGE download. On the website, it is not updated.

I believe you are missing your "lspdfr" folder in your main directory. Acquire a new copy in the LSPDFR manual install.

No. There is no up-to-date alternative. GrammarPolice works fine. I'd re-install it, making sure to read the provided documentation, and if that doesn't work, post in the Grammar Police support thread or alternatively, here.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry. As well as: Error while initializing plugin: PlateCheckerRemastered.Main: Requested value 'DPadLeft' was not found. I'd check that ini file 🙂

Don't disable your antivirus, that puts your computer at risk. Instead, make an exception. Your issue, as outlined in the FAQ, is that you are missing the .NET framework. This is a requirement for LSPDFR and can be found here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer Hope this helps. 🙂

Nearly all your plugins are out of date. Go through them all, and check what LSPDFR API they are for. Anything below 0.4.7 I'd remove for better stability, this includes Albo's plugins.
