Sounds like you have an on-going mission in Story mode, or haven't completed the prologue. Remember, you must complete the prologue and be in free-roam, to be able to then use LSPDFR.

ComputerPlus is outdated, I advise you to remove it. A replacement is CompuLite.

I find making an exception often doesn't work, but we remain optimistic. If it doesn't work, reinstall the "lspdfr" folder from the LSPDFR manual install.

You'd also most likely want EUP configurations.

This log ends before LSPDFR fully loads. Replicate your issue, then attach a log.

Haha that's fine. But we haven't solved the problem, we just know it is in your mods folder. ^Should you not be able to do this, you'll need to start a new mods folder.

We've disabled your mods folder. If it does work, the issue is in there, so I'd suggest reverting your previous changes.

As your issue is your mods folder, can you confirm that you have a custom gameconfig & a packfile/heap adjuster installed?

If they are in your mods folder, they won't be affected, you just need to do the update.
