I believe that is your problem. The way the 660 is coded, it will only use 1 core on any processor that is not Intel. Just to be sure, you should try and google search for issues with GTX660s and AMD CPUs; You should get something.

Are you saying that you cant get ELS on in other vehicles, or vehicles won't pull over for the ELS siren? ELS can be enabled on every car that is normally in the game, I have enabled it on many vehicles in the els.ini that I sent you. Also, there has to be spaces. [ FEROCI2 ] I'm pretty sure it matters. I have almost the exact same setup as you, make sure you have an Intel processor. Nvidia hardwired the 660 to only work with Intel products. I got my 660 when I had a 3.4ghz Phenom II x4 which I was very happy with, but after hearing that, at which point I already had the 660, I had to upgrade to a Intel i5k processor.

This is partially true. Game companies make more money on consoles than PC, partially due to the fact that a large number of PC gamers pirate games sadly, so why would a company cater to a crowd that is just gonna steal from them? Theres also the fact that the technical gap between consoles and PC is getting so large, that it is hard to make a game for both that looks good on both. With the PS3, this is even more difficult because producers are having a hard time getting Xbox games to run on the PS3. I hope that GTA V comes out on the PC, but I'm not sure that it will. I really hope that R* releases them at the same time if they release for all three, and I hope that they don't convert from a console version to a PC version like with GTA IV. GTA IV was coded terribly on the PC and as much fun as it is, it runs so much better on the 360 due to this. I game on both the 360 and the PC and while each has their benefits, I will be buying GTA V on the Xbox first, even if it is released on both, however I will eventually buy it on both if available. As for a release date, I'm betting May, and randomly guessing May 17.

My name is Sam and a few months ago I got into skinning vehicles for various role play clans and made a bunch of Detroit Fire skins for a clan some friends and I made and just put them up on GPM after a few months. I have decided that I'm going to get into skinning more vehicles. Since I live in the Metro-Detroit area, and since Nutt has most of the South-east MI Police Depts. covered, I decided that I'm going to skin Fire and EMS vehicles from departments in the area. It's possible that it's your internet connection or the connection of those around you. I'm also assuming you all have the exact same mods and cars, which another possibility is some asshat decided he didnt want to use the mods.

I play RDR on xbl still a bit, but I wont be on much for a while because of finals... gt is captainsam101 if you want to add me. Me and my friends used to do something like this a while back. I don't expect RDR to ever release for PC. I mean as much as I love GTA IV on the pc, it does not work very well. It is coded terribly and as such requires you to have a much better PC to run it than you normally would. Also, multiplayer is not as good as it could have been, GTA IV multiplayer is much better on consoles, except for mods. LA Noire and MP3 were made for PC while GTA IV was converted, something i doubt R* will ever do again.

You should try and delete your save game, incase that is corrupted, which happened to me. It should be located in your appdata folder somewhere in a Rockstar Games folder. If that doesn't fix it, then i would re-install the game. If you have it via steam, just re-validate files.

Theres something similar to what you want over on GPM made by luxart? I think. You might need to reskin it to say K9 but its a F450 Chassis ESU Truck.

So I'm not sure if something like this exists, but I'm looking for some sort of mod that will allow you to have a second siren tone playing at the same time as the actual siren. There was something like this for GTA SA, but I haven't seen anything for IV. My idea is so that I can have both a Q and a standard siren when I'm in a fire engine, but not have to deal with it when i'm in a cruiser. Is there anything like this out there? Also, on a completely unrelated note, I"m looking for a good weapon sound pack, if someone could recommend one, I'd appreciate it.

It has to do with the emergencylights_emiss file on most cars. I just did this 10 minutes ago with turning a red/blue bar to red/white. If you send me the files, I'll do it for you, if you want. I thought I saw a program to do this on the website somewhere, but I'm not really sure. There is so much stuff on LCPDFR it's hard to sort though it all.

Its for the laptops. I'm not 100% sure exactly what it is, but the Stuart on SIrennet said that they are some sort of broadband antenna for the laptops.

So I'm looking for two mods. 1. A good weapon sound pack. I have one, but certain weapons have really bad sounds. I would prefer something that is more realistic than awesome sounding, so if you happen to know of one, I would appreciate a link possibly. 2. I'm not sure if this exists, but a Whelen CenCom siren. I currently have the CenCom + Howler siren, which I love, but I would like just a normal CenCom. Thanks
