I made this a while ago for a Michigan based clan my friends and I are making and figured I'd upload it.

Its a Detroit Fire Department Chief skin for a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe. It's based off of the DFD's Ford Expedition units, but I haven't found an Expedition for GTA that I like.

The Tahoe shown in the screenshots is made by Lt. Caine and available over on GPM. (Link in readme)

Everything else is pretty self explanatory.

Vehicles.ide line included in readme, which is only necessary if you choose to place the Tahoe in the PStockade vehicle slot.
