  1. you don't need them all white as long as you have some photo editing software that's better than MS Paint.
  2. it might be in a 7zip format. That's what I use and it works better than winrar or winzip. If that doesn't work then I'll check it out.
  3. There's a whole bunch over at GPM in a giant pack, but all you do is you create the image over the template, then just make the template invisible. They all have the lines.
  4. It is more likely that they would put somebody in some sort of suspended stasis than go to near-light speed. The amount of energy required to get to that speed and then stop, would be ridiculous.
  5. For the pursuits, try editing your ELS file to turn off AI using ELS. That used to randomly crash the game for me sometimes.
  6. Good luck man! I hope you make it! I'm going to be in the exact same position in like 3 years, so get the job so I know it can be done! lol But yes, US Police Officers are underpaid, especially since it's turning into a job that requires a bachelors degree.
  7. I might be able to try and make one, depending on how busy I am. If someone else wants to do it thats fine, but if nobody else will, I will.
  8. This is awesome dude. You should make a detective version that has a red beacon on top.
  9. Yes they are bright, but they are not a foot tall. A Liberty is only visible if you have line of sight of the cruiser, the cherries stick above almost any car, except semis. The cherries are really only effective on the highway, which is where MSP usually is. On a normal road, a Liberty would be more effective. And as for the aerodynamics, its just what MSP has said based on their annual vehicle tests, and considering they're one of 2 departments nationwide that do vehicle tests, and most mid-west departments go off MSPs tests, i'd trust what the MSP say when it comes to vehicles. Being Michigan, they know their shit about cars. And the Justice might be just as aerodynamic since it's so thin, but it's nowhere near as effective as a Liberty or other bar. Considering it's about 1/3 the price of a LFL Liberty, it's about 1/3 as good. The way I see it, it's a budget light bar, or a low profile light bar that needs to be accompanied by additional deck, mirror, or grill lighting. The only departments i've seen using them around here, are campus cops, which are......well.............they're campus cops. And it has nothing to do about weight, it's about shape. If it was about weight, they wouldn't allow cops to eat donuts lol And any cherry light that has required servicing, replacing, or been purchased since the start of 2009 is solid LED so they are just as bright as a Liberty, they don't actually rotate anymore. (about 95%) Its very rare to encounter a Halogen one that is actually still in use.
  10. Lol i figured you'd say that. I've only met 2 or 3 people from outside of michigan that like the cherry, but I think its awesome. But it's not just for tradition, the fact that it's round allows it to be more aerodynamic, like this fasttrax thing, allowing the cruisers to go slightly faster. Also, it is easy as shit to see from far away. On the highway, it is MUCH more effective than a traditional light bar. It may not seem this way, but if you ever saw one in real life, they stick up way above all the cars and are spotted through traffic easily.
  11. That would be cool. One of those Jeep Cherokees from SA would be awesome aswell.
  12. Look like it as in model or texture?
  13. Oh, so you must be a fan of the Michigan State Police's "cherry-on-top", like me, right? I have to say, I usually like the classic stuff, but I'm not crazy about this. like, I wish someone made a CVPI or Impala with just one of the old-school off set magnetic beacons that is ELS enabled. I use Bxbuggs non-ELS version of that on my verson of the game that i actually use to play the game, and not LCPDFR. And by play the game, i mean be a mass murderer.
  14. I enjoyed EM4, and I wish that they would actually finish the Manhattan Mod, but I'm ready for another Moddable EM game, so I hope EM5 is actually in development.
  15. Mod download or installation? Have you tried uninstalling and then re-trying the installation?
  16. I'm pretty sure I used OpenIV to install my sirens? Lemme check. Yes you can use OpenIV to install audio files, as long as it is already in the .ivaud format, but I believe that SparkIV also requires it to be in the .ivaud format.
  17. For some reason, my sparkiv stopped working randomly for like 3 days, then worked fine. I downloaded OpenIV and it's much easier to use, and doesn't randomly decide to take the week off. I'd recommend trying that, because it's probably a spark error. If you get the error with OpenIV, then I don't know what to tell you.
  18. Have you hit Alt P, not Ctrl P? Or are you in multiplayer? Sometimes the red circles dont appear in mutiplayer Also, did you install LCPDFR WITH the scripthooks and sound.dll files instead of using another .asi loader?
  19. Get open IV and youtube it. Its quite simple once you figure it out. Here's a vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWBbCddgGUg
  20. Fancy seeing you here (its sam)
  21. Alt and T. Sometimes you have to press it twice, sometimes more depending on what weapon you have out.
