  1. Unfortunately, I won't have time to do this for another week or so, partially due to my photoshop dying, and partially do to other reasons. I'll still try and get it done though.
  2. I can do it if you want, if the A51 guys aren't going to. Being from Michigan myself, I'll always be willing to do Michigan skins.
  3. I do not know who voted this 1/5 stars, but they seem to be blind.
  4. Just find a youtube video or read the instructions on how to use it that came with it.
  5. I agree. Sparks ONLY strong suit is that it can edit audio files.
  6. It has a small push bar, looks like the same ones off of the GTA IV cop cars, although the lights on that car look promising for a non-shitty default lighting system...
  7. Every vehicle mod, has a wft and a wtd file, you just install them normally to the new img as Police3.wft and police3.wtd
  8. Just add it to the img as you would any mod, it doesn't need to overwrite another file. If you don't know how to do that, look it up.
  9. Open IV. If you don't know how to use it, look it up.
  10. Honestly, it would not be that hard. All you would have to do (theoretically) is modify the handling.dat file and edit the engine damage modifer to 0. This should make the engine not take any damage. However, it means that cars can't stall from crashing too much either. The script sounds better, and would be less work.
  11. Yeah it would help if all the files were included lol. I have to say, I like saviors ENB better though, just from the videos. I'm a fan of dark nights, and Saviors definitely has dark nights.
  12. Lets wait until it's proven in the field. The Liberty was still firing away even after being driven over by an angry, drunk farmer on a tractor, I'd like to see the Legacy do that.
  13. The vehicle.wfts are in the .img file. You're gonna need to combine them, so just add a model named Police3 to the Policeb one, or PoliceB to the Police3 one, your choice.
  14. I recommend the Savior one. Nobody seems to be able to get the current version of Game4videos' ENB to work; everyone (including me) gets a black screen. I really like savior, days aren't too bright, and nights are realistically dark. Makes good use of the Spotlight mod.
  15. Read the instructions given with them. I installed them almost a year ago, I cant remember how to do it.
  16. My way also unfortunately eliminates the ability to play as the "Paul Blart" cop, which can be entertaining at times lol.
  17. This sounds awesome! What would be really cool is if you tied this into teamspeak's 3d sound system (like ACRE in ArmA II) so there is a good proximity chat system, where the closer you are to someone, the louder they are.
  18. To solve the fat cop problem, you can also replace the fatcop model with a normal officer and change the walk style, that's what I did.
  19. http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=686 http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=488 Use them together, you might have to edit some files yourself, just read the readmes in them and follow the instructions
  20. There are mods for it that have it done for you. If there isn't one here, I know there is one over on GPM.
  21. High-poly cars can go in any slot, it all just revolves around your computer specs. I have a i5k, 660, and 16 gb of ram, so I have all very high poly cars, for all police and civilian with no problems. However, the bonus of installing other cars for Police 1 and 2 is that if you install non-ELS cars, then those police cars will still have some form of lights when/if you turn of AI ELS.
