I would use it, but currently in my inventory of vehicle parts, that partition is the only one I have. Do you have a link to deco's?

GTA Frustrating issues
Did you try lowering graphics settings? By default GTA IV, on install/ re-install erases your previous graphics settings, that may have given you a higher FPS environment, and resets it with the highest possible settings, for your PC. Just a thought, as I've had to re-install a few times, and the result is the same every time for FPS, and I've never had this happen, and have never needed a commandline either.

Unlocked Models?
Thanks for the reply. I managed to find an F-150 from Driver: SF already in .z3d format. Same cannot be said for the Silverado, as it wasn't in Driver: SF, and to my knowledge TurboSquid and Humster models do cost money, though I'll search for a Silverado from another game. But, even though I have posted pics of vehicles I've put together in zModeler, I don't have any experience with converting vehicles.

Unlocked Models?
Hi guys, I'm wondering if there's an unlocked 2008 Chevy Silverado out there somewhere, along with a 2012 Ford F-150? Example of the Silverado here and the F-150 >here. If someone can post a download link, or know someone who has one unlocked, plz let me know.

Liberty City Beware....
From the album: GTA IV/ LCPDFR Photos
Thomas Price was arrested after he had pulled over Lynda Kelly, while impersonating an Officer, using his personal Admiral, which he had outfitted with two dashlights, and mounted one in the front window and one in the back window. Lynda, suspecting he was a fake, as he was taking longer then usual, to approach her vehicle, and was rummaging around in his vehicle, she immediately called 911, and reported him. Upon finding no results in the units database matching an unmarked Admiral, two EPS Units were dispatched to the scene. The on-duty dispatcher had told her to slowly get out of the car, and walk inside the Burger Shot which she had pulled over at. Thomas thinking she was getting out to confront him, started to panic a bit, and suffered a mild panic attack. Lynda calmly walked inside the Burger Shot and sat down while the situation was resolved. EPS Units arrived at the scene in approximately 5-6 mins, as Thomas' panic attack was subsiding. Thomas had been pulled out of his vehicle, and handcuffed, before he had time to realize he had been caught. Police searched his vehicle and found a Glock 17 with 5 full magazines of ammo, a switchblade, fake badge, and a set of handcuffs. Thomas was arrested at 4 PM. Officers checked on Lynda, who was perfectly fine apart from not being able to process the fact he had a gun and a knife. Police officers say, that if you suspect an Officer is a fake, always ask for I.D., look for the lighting colors on the vehicle, as police will always flash red & blues and more then just a dashlight, and if in doubt, call 911 immediately and report the vehicle. Thomas had gone through extensive work to outfit his vehicle with these particular dash-lights (SoundOff Predator 2 Dash Lights), as these particular lights are normally restricted to emergency services. After further investigation, it was found that Thomas had bought a retired police cruiser that had been stripped of its wheels, but not any lighting or parts. Thomas removed the lights off that cruiser, installed them on his, and then bought his on control box for the lights. Based on the outcome of the investigation, Thomas' vehicle was seized by Edmonton Police, along with the retired police cruiser, and it is very unlikely he will get either of them back. Thomas has been charged with: - Impersonating an Officer - Possession of an illegal weapon - Intent to Harm with a weapon Disclaimer: Names were created by a random name generator. Any names being similar or an actual name of a real person, is a coincidence. Tahoe, Admiral, and Crown Vic all assembled by Knight Rider Info, and are private vehicles. Mercedes (Stratum slot) downloaded from online. All credits go to the author's of the vehicle models, lighting equipment and vehicle parts. -

Charger 2
True, some still use the black & white though. The majority of cars seen in the background on a news story, are using the black & white. The textures will likely be changed in the pack release. Each car will have the new scheme (red & blue stripe, I think), and they will also have the black & white for certain textures. These textures were made for a Charger made by another modder before I learned zModeler, so I'm just using what I had present at the time of the screenshots. As for the font, I hope that'll be corrected upon the clan pack release. Thanks for the info!

Making a Cop car in gta 4/not from scratch
If you're not great with computers, it does take patience. Personally, I had someone show me the beginning basics, mapping ELS, scaling, etc. over a join.me session, and since then I've been able to do a lot myself. There's still a ways to go before I become good (scratch modelling, etc.) but I can get a car in-game, with more then one lightbar. One video that helped me was
