It was a true calorie bomb! I also bought an AK-47 replica and an package of seal figurines in a shop near Times Square with my credit card. Too bad I missed X-files, I heard that Scully was kidnapped.

I don't think that throwing nails to stop fleeing cars is a standard police procedure. There are some spike strip mods, you just have to search for them :)

Buffalo has just been released on gta4-mods.

Chinese middle class lives on a level comparable to US middle class, so I don't see why they wouldn't have money to buy consoles/gaming PCs. That being said, majority of Chinese people are lower class. There was a recent boom in the Chinese middle class. Not to mention it would be not possible as there is no official mod support for GTA IV.

I guess the first point would be possible form a technical standpoint (checksums), but the second one would be much harder, if not impossible.
