The templates are the same for both the ELS models by Caine and Non-ELS models by Sam. I'll be releasing a pack of NOOSE skins for Vapid and Granger later.

Edited version of TUNES MX-7000 Landstalker. I have changed the lightbar to the default V one, added NYPD style default pushbar and replaced the wheels and rear body with the ones from Lt.Caine's Modified Defaults Pack. Liveries by DLer. Thanks for letting me use them! This model is compatible with Abraxas's textures from his vdH Mega Pack. -------------------------------------- New version uploaded 30.01.2014: - Fixed the brake caliper bug -------------------------------------- Installation: - Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package. - Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate models, and at the end of those lines add +livery. -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com. I've noticed a distinct lack of Landstalkers with the default lightbars, so I intended to correct that. This is probably the final version - the rear was changed to the one from Lt.Caine's ELS Pack. Wheels changed to the ones from Lt.Caine's pack + added default, NYPD-style pushrod. Also, if you used TUNES's MX-7000 Landstalker and had errors, they should be fixed now. -

The only thing changed with the grille is the color (from grey to black). I'll see what I can do about the rear. -

It's very easy. You just need OpenIV. Open the wtd file, choose the texture for the right body part (model viewer will help you), eg. uppr_000_uni_a. Then find the one with the latest letter of the alphabet on the end (eg. uppr_000_uni_b) and extract it, do your edits, rename it to one letter further (uppr_000_uni_c) and import. Done!

By clothing, do you mean extra textures for a mesh or more meshes?

My first model edit but first released. GTA V Vapid Police Cruiser by Sam and Lt.Caine modified to civilian version. It replaces the washington, although with a bit of tweaking it can replace any car or be added as a new one.
