Will come in both YLW and MARQ variants. Note: Due to engine limitations, only those slots work with the DROT function - police, police2, ambulance, firetruk, police3, policeb, pstockade. In other slots, the rotators won't rotare. NOOSE Pack: Models - 50% done Skins - 37.5% done Screen by Strider - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> The pack is going to contain: Vapid Cruiser 2nd generation Vapid Interceptor Bravado Buffalo 2nd generation - only model done Declasse Granger 3000X (SWB) Bravado Buffalo 1st generation - only model done Dundreary Landstalker Brute Enforcer - only skins done Vapid Radius PIU I am going to use a Modified Whelen Edge as my main lightbar. Slicktops are an unlikely possibility. Each model is going to feature 4 - 6 skins.

And the best thing is that the West won't do anything besides putting new sanctions onto Russia. Now, I am not saying that a military intervention from the NATO or UN would be a good move, but the Ukrainian government should get all help (financial, materiel, traning) it can get from the West, as it can't fight the Russian backed separatists effectively.

Without law enforcement the rule of law and public order would not exist. If there was no police, people would have to defend themselves against crime, and in theory it could even decrease crime after some time, as every criminal would know that people would defend themselves. Also, police is one of the ways the government stays in power. If you take the police out, then the army would take the policing duties over, as with no institutions tasked with the defense of the (democratic) government, it would be quickly disassembled and the strongest would rule, essentially taking us back to the times of the barbarian tribes.

Both variants have Ford Taurus wheels by F5544 with texture changed to Vapid instead of Ford. The civilian variant has a "Flax Fuel" badge appearing as an extra (fact: you can make oil from flax). The taxi variant has been made by JewishBanana. It comes with 4 liveries (2 LC and 2 Alderney). Torero means "bull" in Spanish, just like Taurus means "bull" in Latin (thanks DLer!). -------------------------------------- Installation: - Rename the civilian version to match the name of the car you want to replace. - Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package. - (for taxi version) Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate models, and at the end of those lines add +livery. -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com. The cruiser works as intended I have only mapped the primaries to be similar to the way GTA V lights work.

Fugitive supports 4 liveries, I just included one by mistake. To add new liveries, simply name them fugitive_sign_2, fugitive_sign_3 and fugitive_sign_4 and then IMPORT them to the wtd with OpenIV.

Every ELS v7 vehicle is compatible with v8 after modifying the ELS Vehicle Configuration File to ELS v8 standard. A guide how to do this is included in ELS v8 download. Also, I am making an ELS FDNY/FDLC default firetruck.
