23.11.2014 v2 Fixed the dirt mapping on the Radius and the missing left pushbar light on the Cruiser Slicktop with pushbar. Please redownload. A pack of GTA V vehicles modified into San Andreas Highway Patrol ELS versions. Featuring lighting setups by Sgt.Kanyo. This pack includes: Vapid Cruiser 2nd generation - Whelen Liberty, Slicktop (with and without pushbar), FS Vision DROT Vapid Radius PIU - Whelen Liberty Bravado Buffalo 1st generation - Whelen Liberty, Slicktop (with and without pushbar) Bravado Buffalo 2nd generation - Whelen Liberty, Slicktop (with and without pushbar) Declasse Granger SWB - Whelen Liberty SA license plates Every car is ELSv8 optimized. ELS VCF (vehicle configuration files) are included for every car. Refer to ELS v8 User Guide for more information. The models need renaming. Handling and carcols are included for each car. Some cars have extra skins which can be added to the wtd files. -------------------------------------- Installation: - Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package. - Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate models, and at the end of those lines add +livery. - Enable the replaced models in _SLOTCONTROL.ini file using the provided ELS configuration -------------------------------------- This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com. Templated and slightly modified Vapid Radius from GTA V, converted by Algonquin Hood. Have fun! A SAHP version is going to be released soon with other SAHP models I have made. Note: vehicle_generic_detailblack is the texture of the middle grille part. I have left it solid black to make it look more like the real Ford PIU, but you can copy vehicle_generic_detailmesh and replace detailblack with it. Remember about normal maps!- 6 comments

Well, we can't test anything until we get a PC version.I might be mistaken, but I think that the structure of GTA V is almost the same as of GTA IV. Hell, OpenIV can open GTA V archives already. That's why I don't think it is going to be a huge problem to mod it. For car mods, all we will have to do is simply convert them to GTA V format. That being said, we will need a new modeling program to open GTA V models. However, it might be harder for scripts, as we will have to wait for scripthooks and who knows what sort of security will be there to prevent such hooks (keep in mind that those safeguards are there to prevent hacks, but hooks work on the same principle).Getting up at 5:45 so I can get to school before 7:30 is not nice. I always have to drink Red Bull of a strong coffee, no matter how much I sleep. That being said, I only have lessons starting that early on Mondays and Fridays. On Thursdays and Tuesdays I have train at 8 AM and on Wednesdays at 10:30 AM :DFTFY Happy birthday LMS!Well, the patches are CHP, the only thing that is missing is the "SWAT" text above them. v2 - Fixed the body parts not spawning. Please redownload and replace. This is a CHP/SAHP (you can't make out the text either way) SWAT ped. Model is the FBI HRT from Counter Strike: Global Offensive (converted by hl2poo). There are two versions - HD (2x default texture resolution - 1024x1024, not recommended for weak PCs and overmodded games) and SD (default texture resolution, 512x512). The camo is Multicam, in case anybody wonders. Open GTAIVFOLDER/common/data/pedvariations.dat and replace the M_Y_SWAT line with the one provided in the "pedvariations change.txt".
