  1. Happy birthday.
  2. about:tabs, with LCPDFR as the most visited site.
  3. As far as I am concerned, terrorists prefer soft targets (malls, plazas, shops, train/metro stations, public areas etc.) that don't have the best security and have a lot of people than hard targets (military bases, government buildings, police stations, public figures) which are way better protected. Besides, they don't attack individuals, they attack the society.
  4. This is not open warfare. This is terrorism. US was and is a powerful country, yet 9/11 happened. France is a powerful country - recent events happened. When dealing with terrorists, you can't use your military might. The terrorists won't fight soldiers, won't capture cities, won't engage in regular battles. All it takes is a person or a few with some training, weapons and dangerous mindset to cause panic (yes, panic, not deaths are the main objectives of terrorists). The only counter to such effective strategy is total control over the populace by the state, and I don't think I need to explain how that is a bad thing. To summarize, because terror plots are small scale and usually involve only a small number of perpetrators, they are hard to detect before they happen. The intelligence agencies of the West are doing a really good job, but that might and probably won't be enough to stop such events as the last ones from happening.
  5. I am proud to be a human, proud to be an European and proud to be a Pole and I won't let anybody convince me that I should be ashamed of my nationally, believes, heritage or skin color.
  6. The four hostages were killed when the gunman entered the store, and not during the police assault. May the rest in peace. The fourth suspect is apparently a woman that fled the scene (the Paris store) before the assault. In my opinion, the police and Gendarmerie executed the assaults masterfully - during them, no one other than terrorists has died. I hope that woman is caught quickly and brought to justice.
  7. In France there is National Police and Gendarmerie. While Gendarmerie is a military unit (Military Police) it provides court security and policing on rural areas and highways (not sure about the latter). National Police patrols cities (that being said Gendarmerie also has presence in cities). Both have special units - Gendarmerie has GIGN (Intervention Group of National Gendarmerie), while the National Police has RAID (Research, Assistance, Intervention, Deterrence) which is a national level spec Ops unit and GIPN (Intervention Groups of National Police) which are smaller units scattered around France. The Paris Police also has BRI, which is a small unit. The raid in Dammartin was lead by GIGN with support from a local GIPN unit, while the raid in Paris was conducted by RAID and BRI.
  8. Congratulations to French Police and Gendarmerie. The raids were masterfully executed by GIGN and RAID. Those bastards got what they deserved. I hope they rot in hell.

  10. May all the dead rest in peace. I hope that the gunmen and their supporters get caught and brought to justice. This is how multiculturalism ends, people. We are only going to see more of such tragic and disgusting events caused by Muslim terrorists.
  11. If they are not unlocked, then you can't do anything.
  12. ELS version is in my LSPD ELS Pack.
  13. You need to edit the 1st UV Channel of the paint material.
  14. While I do agree that some degree of surveillance is necessary to prevent crime, everybody should have the comfort of privacy in their homes. Besides, if government changes into more authoritarian one, that information can be used against not only criminals, but also all those who stand up against the oppression.
  15. You can also use the emerg1 to emerg7 slots which are supported by ELS.
