Bravado Buffalo 1st gen Mapped SAHP-Style 1.1.2

(3 reviews)

7 Screenshots

This is a Bravado Buffalo 1st gen (police2) mapped to support liveries and a lighting setup similar (it's not exactly the same due to game limitations and my personal preferences) to the one used by California Highway Patrol, with a custom made LED lightbar (made out of default parts) inspired by Whelen Liberty.

To simplify installation this mod requires you to install Netman's SAHP Added cars (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/sahp-added-cars , also found in Law Enforcement Improvements), and replace his Buffalo (hwaycar) with mine.

Included in the archive are 4 High Quality (4096x4096) and 4 Standard Quality (2048x2048) skins and PSD files with editable unit number layers for both High Quality (4096x4096) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) allowing you to make additional unit numbers, should you wish to do so.

The glass works perfectly.

I'll think about it.

Well, we still need an FBI version. Did you use up all the lights on this, or could you throw a pair in the front window and have the lightbar be an extra?

This model looks great, I have it working in the game now. One issue I noticed in the light bar is that two of the center lights don't flash, it's where the takedowns would be. Is it possible to make these functional? If you want to keep the take down look, is it possible to link them to the highbeams? Linking them to the highbeams as truly functional takedowns would be really neat.

Impossible - there is a limit on the amount of lights, therefore I opted to make them into takedowns instead.

I understand, I thought maybe something was wrong with my import of the model. is it possible to link the takedowns to the high beams like Trevor's truck roll bar? Or any way to make them functional at all? or do headlights count towards the light limit?

sorry for the amount of questions, i'm not a modeler and am not very familiar with the limitations you guys face. that being said, this car looks great, great job.

Oh, I might have forgotten to add the takedowns at all hehe. Yeah they would work just like the lights on Trevor's truck, if I did include them. Sorry.

Found a few problems with this one and your LSPD version.

- Headlight texture is missing, only the corona shows.
- In dials on the dashboard have no textures.
- Rear window lights have no LED textures

Apart from that the cage works fine lol

Will you eventually make this more closer to the CHP chargers by making it a slicktop with a steady burn?
