  1. Are you stating that RagePluginHook won't even open?
  2. Few things to diagnose the problem would be: 1. Rename mods to _mods and then test the game to see if the issue persists. 2. Lower the graphics settings down a bit and test after each revision.
  3. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  4. Unfortunately, it appears that the escaped suspect encounter will randomly cause crashes. You can either play with the crashes or disable it. Those are the only options.
  5. Please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.
  6. If it isn't loading on the startup splash screen, then you may not have it set to load on startup. Access your RPH Settings and then go to the Plugins tab and make sure LSPDFR is selected. Accessing the RagePluginHook Settings:
  7. This is an issue where if you interrupt the ai backups arrest animation the suspect will glitch out. You have to let the ai finalize the animation and then you can take over the arrest.
  8. Remove AutomaticSirenCutout and see if the issue persists.
  9. Could be a texture issue. Try setting Main.PreloadAllModels = false in the lspdfr.ini file. Also go into Task Manager/Details and right click GTA V and set it as higher priority. You can also install the Resource Adjuster and see if that helps. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  10. Go into the Task Manager and close any background tasks relating to Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto V, Social Club, or Steam/Epic Games (whichever version of the game you have). Then try opening the launcher again.
  11. Please do it again anyways. It makes it easier for me to help if you go off what I am telling you now instead of what you had already done.
  12. That appears to be the Rockstar Launcher that it is stuck on. If you launch just normal GTA V, will the launcher open properly? Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  13. Well it has loaded and you have the requirements. What exactly are you trying to do? Which menu?
  14. Ensure that your PostFX and Shader Quality are set to High in the GTA V Settings menu. If they are, go into OpenIV and change the following in the visualsettings.dat file: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00 Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. 15. The issue is something with the garage at the police station. Most likely in relation to one of the base xmls from LSPDFR. You can try re-downloading manual LSPDFR and take the data folder from lspdfr folder in the downloads and move it into the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory. Do note that this will replace any alterations made to any files in the data folder.
  16. Since you aren't that far along, I recommend cleaning the Main Directory by making it look like the screenshot here. Then verify game files and run normal GTA V and see if it crashes on startup.
  17. Rename mods to _mods and test again. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  18. Go into GTAV/lspdfr/data/custom and remove duty_selection_eupfr.xml. Then test again.
