Hello, One thing I would suggest trying is turning off ambient events. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Go to your GTA 5 Main Directory. 2. Find the file titled: LSPDFR.ini. (Will either be in the LSPDFR folder or Plugins folder). 3. Scroll down to the line that says Max events for ambient spawns. 4. Change that to 0. 5. Save and then launch RPH. Let me know if that helps! 🙂

Hello, I am guessing you mean the vehicle is an ELS vehicle. If so, you may have to go into the ELS keybinding settings and mess with that. If that doesnt work, try re-installing ELS. Thanks! 🙂

As for installing plugins, each download comes with a readme that gives you installation instructions. Do you have the other EUP items installed? If not, remove EUPMenu.dll and try again.
