Hello, This looks like an issue with ambient spawn. Please follow these steps: 1. Open your GTA 5 Main Directory. 2. Locate the LSPDFR.ini file. (Can either be in the lspdfr folder or plugins/lspdfr I cant remember.) 3. Open it with Notepad++. (Link below if you dont have it.) 4. Find the max events for ambient spawns and change it to 0. 5. Hello, What anti-virus are you using? You can always try creating an exception for RPH. However, if you have McAfee, you will need to disable it complete and then re-download and install RPH. Thanks! 🙂

If one of the lines has to do with that, then yes. And since you are using a mods folder, you can always revert if you mess up.

The three files I mentioned prior are located in one of the two locations below. Make sure to either replace/add the line depending on if it already exists in the file. update/update.rpf/common/data update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 Hope This Helps! 🙂

Sad to say, but ELS wont work with this vehicle since it was not made for ELS. As for the sirens, once you replace the vehicle, make sure you add the lines to the necessary files locations (i.e. carcols.meta, carvariations.meta, and vehicles.meta).
