I would actually suggest Compulite instead of Computer Plus because Computer+ isnt being updated anymore. You can find it on Bejoijo's site

Hello, For this issue, you need to increase your PluginTimeoutThreshold. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Launch RPH. 2. When it gets to the small window, press the silver cog in the bottom left. 3. Navigate to the Misc tab. 4. Find the section for PluginTimeoutThreshold and change it to 60,000. 5. Save and launch. You can disable any in-game overlays.

Other than that setting in the LSPDFR.ini, I dont think there is any other places.

So the issue is solved? Also, you aren't using custom cars? Then how are you using ELS?
