It appears that perhaps an ambient spawn is the cause of this. In the lspdfr folder, please locate the LSPDFR.ini file. Then right click and open it with Notepad++. Then find the max events for ambient spawn line and change it to 0. Save and exit, then launch the game. Thanks! 🙂 P.S. Hello, You are either missing or have installed wrongly the 'LSPD First Response.dll". That usually means the game memory is being used up. How many addon vehicles and plugins do you have installed? Also, if you are using outdated plugins such as Albo's, this can cause an issue like this. Thanks! 🙂

You could try going into Task Manager and finding any background instances of GTA 5 or Rockstar Launcher that are running. Hope This Helps! 🙂

It may be a simple fact of colliding mods. I could be wrong, but you should try removing either LSPDFR+ or StopThePed.
