I honestly would love to see something like that. I know there are current mods and the base that have menus where you can perform those actions, but a smooth action wheel would be a nice addition.

I had someone take a look at this and you have the Enable Counter Measures Against Online Vehicles checked. You need to go into your RPH Settings and uncheck it.

Ah okay. What I would do is try and place it in the most recent patchday and see if that will fix the issue.

That is correct. It only uses LSPDFR and not any plugins.

McAfee hates RPH. What you will need to do is completely turn it off and then re-install and launch RPH. You will need to disable your anti-virus each time you want to launch RPH.
