  7. Hello, Your issue is that your Plugin Timeout Threshold is too low. As shown here: [01/05/2019 18:42:56.034] Initializing console variable "PluginTimeoutThreshold". [01/05/2019 18:42:56.034] Type: System.Int32, Reading section: "Miscellaneous", key: PluginTimeoutThreshold [01/05/2019 18:42:56.035] Read value: 10000 To change it, follow theses steps: 1. Launch RPH. 2. When the small window comes up, press the silver cog in the lower left corner. 3. Navigate to the Misc tab. 4. Find the line for Plugin Timeout Threshold and change it to 60,000. 9. Hello, Let me address each issue you are having. 1. Did you launch the game via RPH? 2. Did you make sure LSPDFR loaded on startup? If not, press F4 while in-game and type "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll" without the quotes in the console. Where did you install your PD care to? And can I get a link? Thanks! 🙂
  10. Hello, 1. Try launching GTA 5 normally, and when it gets to the lights and sirens, tab out and launch RPH. 2. Try checking the readme for Arrest Manager to make sure the files are in the right location. 3. Try re-downloading and installing LSPDFR and RPH. Hope This Helps! 🙂

  20. Hello, One thing I would suggest trying is turning off ambient events. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Go to your GTA 5 Main Directory. 2. Find the file titled: LSPDFR.ini. (Will either be in the LSPDFR folder or Plugins folder). 3. Scroll down to the line that says Max events for ambient spawns. 4. Change that to 0. 5. Save and then launch RPH. Let me know if that helps! 🙂
