Are you using the manual or auto-installer for LSPDFR?

The RPH Crash Log can be found in the Main Directory. It's a txt file called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. While you are grabbing the log, I would also like you to try renaming mods to _mods and seeing if you can successfully go on-duty.

Go into the lspdfr.ini inside of the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory. Then add or change the following line to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true If that still doesn't work, rename mods to _mods and try again.

1. Remove SHV.NET files. 2. Have you installed any custom weapons?

Remove ScriptHookV.dll and try again. See if it freezes.

Nothing more than it's the vehicle causing it. Either re-install it or remove it.

You will have to remove whatever custom weapons you installed one by one and test after each to find the problem weapon. Or completely redo your weapons.

Ctrl + P in-game to edit the light pattern. Or find that specific XML in ELS/pack_default and edit it there.

Rename mods to _mods and see if the freezing occurs.

Make sure you have the updated version of Computer+ from here.

That bug happens only in certain places. I would say your issue is resolved.

You can either rename it so it will replace a base vehicle or you need to make your own addon pack for it.

If you mean to create your own ELS xml for a vehicle that doesn't have one, that isn't possible unless the vehicle is ELS-enabled.

Replace Vehicles go into: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\Patchday28g9ec\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf via OpenIV. Addon Vehicle DLC Packs go into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Then you copy and paste the appropriate dlclist.xml line into the dlclist.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Using addon vehicles may require a customized gameconfig and Heap and Packfile adjusters.
