To add on to what Lenny said, you are attempting to load LSPDFR more than once. Either don't load it when in-game or go into your startup.rphs file and clear everything and save and exit the file and then load it when in-game.

You will install it to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2023_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

The issue is most likely a custom weapon interfering with LSPDFR.

And what is the result of all this? Game working fine?

Couple of things: 1. Update: Police Menu and XScanner. 2. Remove: Keep Calm. StopThePed has a function built in for this already. 3. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true 4. You have an issue with one of your xml files. Revert any changes made to an Ultimate Backup xml that you made recently.

For a bit of housekeeping, go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Please send your ELS.log, asiloader.log, and ScriptHookV.log.

Go into your lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true Test again and see if further crashes.

Rename mods to _mods and try again. See if it crashes.

Couple of things: 1. Update: Hypers Callouts 2. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. 3. If you are still experiencing crashes, rename mods to _mods and try again.

If you deleted that stuff from the file then you will have to load LSPDFR and EUP Menu when in-game.

Couple of things: 1. Remove: WoutersCalloutsV 2. Go into your startup.rphs and clear out all the content and then save and exit the file. What are are doing is loading EUP Menu and LSPDFR on startup, and then loading once in-game. You shouldn't need to load it in-game if you loaded during startup. 3. Go into the lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0 Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

When you load ELS, it will run through the XMLs you have installed and as such, you may encounter this error.

So the console allows you to load up RPH Plugins. LSPDFR is an RPH plugin and as such is either loaded on startup or when you type ReloadAllPlugins. If you could please send your RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder. And for future reference, the command to load LSPDFR is LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response" as it needs to have the quotes.

Then disregard the other logs. It's a mods folder issue. If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

While your at it, send your asiloader.log and ELS.log.

Most likely an issue with one of the ELS XMLs or a vehicle model. The problem is, you have over 223 ELS VCFs in there so good luck figuring out which one it is.

Remove your ENB. Then try loading normal GTA V and then RPH.

You still have not updated Ultimate Backup and XScanner. Additionally, go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

You can thank @Mrsuperx13. Faulty gameconfig led to ELS/trainer not loading.

Couple of things: 1. Update: Police Menu, Ultimate Backup, and XScanner. 2. As per your crash, multiple issues were detected. A Rage.Vehicle issue with SimpleCTRL and a Rage.Ped issue with Super Callouts. Try renaming mods to _mods and seeing if you encounter any further issues.
