  1. Screenshot your Main Directory.
  2. Try going into the lspdfr.ini and changing the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  3. Nope. That is pretty much it. As long as you use a template for both meta and you add the entries correctly, they will work fine.
  4. As long as a callout pack utilizes the API for Callout Interface, the callout should be recognized. Make sure that you are in the right section for the callouts relating to Lore Callouts. If it's simply not there, it could be an issue with the naming which would fall onto the Dev to fix. I know that a majority have their callouts listed with a tag in front. Example being [LC] Trespassing.
  5. That log is unavailable. Please upload the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.
  6. Couple of things: 1. Update: 686 Callouts 2. Remove: EMS Callouts, Regular Callouts, SpeedyPursuit, and Variety Callouts. If after this you are still having problem, rename mods to _mods and try again.
  7. Just to throw on to that, you are missing mpheist4 from the mods folder. Go into Update/x64/dlcpacks and copy it from there and paste into mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks.
  8. Oh boy...here we go: 1. Update: Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, PoliceSmartRadio, 686 Callouts, Lore Callouts, Urban Callouts, Definitive Callouts, Section136Callouts, and RansomAmbience. 2. Remove: Typical Callouts, Inspired Callouts, City Callouts, First Callouts, Traffic Callouts, FBI Callouts, Federal Callouts, Pragmatic Callouts, Airport Callouts, MoreRadioChatter, Dangerous Callouts, K9 Callouts, Emergency Callouts, University Callouts, HeliAssistance, Tacco's Highway Callouts, Ridiculous Callouts, Arrest Warrant Callouts, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlglobal), SpeedyPursuit, and AutoPanic. 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. If after all that, you are still crashing, rename mods to _mods and try again.
  9. The answer to that can be found here.
  10. To test an issue with EUP. Default StopThePed.
  11. Glad I could help!
  12. I would need the RPH log. Not the crash report.
  13. To update your GTA V, delete your GTA5.exe and verify your game files. Verifying Game Files:
  14. I saw you included your log in your last post, are you still having problems?
  15. The issue with ELS was the fbi.xml. The VCF files. Not the meta file.
  16. Just to try. Add the ELS.asi back. Rename the ELS folder to _ELS and try playing again.
  17. I'm not surprised that Lennyy misunderstood seeing as the way you worded your question was weird and the fact that what you linked was relating to EUP decals not loading unless you start the game first and then RPH. Anyways, if what you are asking is to embed the decals on the shirt, maybe? But you wouldn't be able to have different decals as you would only be able to have one embedded onto the shirt. The whole point of the chevrons (ranks) being decals is that they can then be changed in EUP Menu.
  18. You have two options: 1. Remove your callouts one by one and test the game after each removal until you find the callout pack producing this. 2. Send the RPH Crash Log that is located in your Main Directory and either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. Then we can look in there and see where it is coming from.
