thank you got it now, the only problem on me now is when i call a tow truck it will say tow truck does not support towing

i already update the new ScriptHookV but the ragepluginhook is outdated anybody know where i can get the new update of rage plug in hook?

you can still play on gta story mode, just delete the scripthookV in your folder then open gta 5 in steam you can only play story mode

yep lets just wait the SHV will update, i think it will take days or week
