First question, is your mods folder named _mods?

Most likely you will have to restart a majority of it. There is only so far that copy and pasting will get you and most other stuff will have to be re-installed.

If you know that ELS is causing the crashes, you can remove the XMLs one at a time and test after each removal to find the problem.

You dont need to re-install ELS. Screenshot what you have in ELS/pack_default.

Try re-downloading SHV. Then move the dinput8 and ScriptHookV files to the Main Directory and try again.

Go the your GTA V Main Directory folder and right click it. Then select Properties and then Security Tab. Then edit the USERS category to have Full Access. Save it. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. See if you can then edit the file.

Did you install just ELS without any ELS-enabled vehicles and their VCFs installed? If so, go into ELS/pack_default and delete the POLICE.xml that comes with base ELS.

Can you screenshot the error you are receiving?

Open your Main Directory. Then go to the GTAV5.exe and right click and select Properties. Then go to the Details tab and screenshot that.

Open the Plugins folder and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR. Run the game again and see if these issues persist.

Hmmm...not precisely. See below: 1. MAJOR UPDATE: LSPDFR. You are running a version or two behind. 2. Update: Dynamic Callouts and Special Callouts. Keep in mind that Special Callouts is no longer being updated from this point. 3. Remove: FBI Callouts for an improved experience. BetterEMS should not be removed. 4. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.

Please refrain from posting duplicate threads. I have trashed your second one. Are they addon packs? If so, navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and screenshot inside of the dlclist.xml.
