I found this, and another vehicle behind it parked at a bus stop. Definetly somethign he shouldn't have done, this isn't a parking spot, just an unloading/loading location for buses. So 80 bucks on parking tickets from those 2. -

After that little incident, I found a suspicous UAZ Van parked outside the station. -
