Reverting to old arresting anim?
Agreed, that is one of the things I miss, but I found a really really good work around. right when you cuff them, before pressing "F9" or "F10", what you should do is press ALT+R. It isn't perfect, but I believe it works well (just make sure you press F9 or F10 quickly when you find something, else a very trigger happy partner might very well end things at that point, because you know, Stolen Credit Cards, or Drugs seem to be categorized a threat to the officers lives in this case.)

Most crashes on pullover and/or chase.
Traffic Flow should work fine with LCPDFR. This is very good especially if you have many non-default cars (though only takes in 20 in the list, though sometimes some load outside of that). Only issue is that sometimes the scenery textures disappear/ don't load up for a short time in some cases, and I think that's more of a game limitation than anything else. As for ELS, I hear as long as you use ELS V5, you should be fine, as that is the one that works the most stable with LCPDFR. Only issue is if you use any cars that do not use ELS (i.e. let's say you kept the default Police Vehicles), you won't be able to really see the "lighting modes" that are used in LCPDFR with the other cars (only standard light/siren). That is one of the things that kept me back from using ELS. Even if those slots are not ELS enabled.

How do I put Default Cars back to SparkIV?
If I'm not mistaken, this section is really more for LCPD:FR support than general GTA stuff. Basically, that has nothing to do with SparkIV, Spark IV is just somethign that lets you open up the .img files and modify them. Sorta like how, you can use Word of Open Office to open and modify a .doc file. Just wondering, if you're using Steam, it should be possible to get those files back via that. That way is likely the surest and safest method if you ask me to getting those files back. Just make sure you back up the other files that you don't want changed (you know, for just in case.)

RC2-R2 Errors
Mind you, this isn't an actual stable release. The last official stable release was 0.91. 0.95 Beta, RC1 and RC2 are not stable, and are meant to more or less be for "testing purposes". I too had a problem with 0.95 Beta acting up when that was released by the devs (it kept crashing when a random car pursuit started), so I just removed it and mellowed out with 0.91 until another version that should be fixed came out (which was RC1 for me). You should do the same (revert to even RC1 if it was working for you) until either a new version comes to try out, or a stable version of 0.95 comes out. RC2 also introduced a LOT of new featuers that were not there (Parking Tickets, simplified form of stop and search, trunk searches, and a seperate taser being some of the things.) So chances are, they are seeing how they work with everyone right now before they can get a stable version done.

RC2-R2 Errors
You know, I actually noticed that myself. It was when I was arresting someone, and I pressed E (the only time it did work at a stop). The other time was when I was giving a parked car a ticket, and just happed to be near the trunk rather than the front driver side tire. As for the domestic disturbance happening in places where you can't freely enter. Also, during that same shift, I got one inside the Grotti, for some reason, I couldn't get inside, so I tried to bust the front door with the "baton", that didn't do the trick. Then I tried the Gun, still no luck, then I tried to take down the window with this: Didn't work either, so I ended up driving through one of the windows (that wasn't connected to the doors) instead. Admittetly, did make for a very good high intesnsity situation, because you could clearly see what was unfolding inside, but you had no way of getting in there!

Need help im begginer
If you get the chance though, I would really recommend trying the new release candidate (RC2R2). It is a lot like this one, but so much better. You can give parking tickets to those morons who park next to a fire hydrant (or in the middle of the road), as well as do truck searches, a taser that is seperate from the pistol and much more stable (and diverse) callouts (or so it feels like.)

RC2-R2 Errors
I can definetly say now, that after playing another round to see how things work out, that it seems like Trunk Searches work, even with modded cars, but it is like how the arrest key used to be, requiring lots of button spamming or being in the right area.

RC2-R2 Errors
For the tazer, even after pressing ALT+T? It takes a while for the officer to pull it out. As for trunk searches, I haven't been able to get that working at all. I get the message, but no action. I wonder if this may have something to do with the fact I have modded cars, for the cars that it did work for you, were they modded cars or default. Also same question, but for when it didn't work as well. I haven't experianced these other issues though.

An error occured
I seemed to get the same error as well, that's a shame, as the Taser was a good way to take care of rather violent suspects. Hopefully this will be remedied.

5 pistols, 1 man
Can't tell you how many times that's happened on my patrols. Once even had a scantly clad stick figure even possess at least 2 or 3 Uzis, can't understand why she ran in the first, was just going to give her a ticket (or a warning, don't remember) for having her Zapo in bad shape.

50% off Emergency 2012 on Steam
From what I understand, all it is is Emergency 4 with updated graphics and at least for the time being, being incapable of being modded. With that said, in my humble opinion, it isn't even worth it for 10 bucks when Steam has it 50% off. 5 bucks, maybe, but the inability to mod the game was a major dealbreaker when I could get EM4 and EM3 as physical copies for virtually the same price, and could do so much more with them. I guess you got the same version I recently got, so from what I know, it is the "French" version of the game, but it does give you the ability to have it in English.I suppose because for whatever reason, the game doesn't actually support Widescreen resolutions. Personally, I don't understand why looking at the release date myself (by then, old 4:3 ratio monitors were starting really going the way of the 8-Track player). You can "force" the game to accept a larger resolution, what you have to do is go into the Emergency 4 root folder, find em4.cfg. From there, if you haven't opened a .cfg file with anything, open it with notepad, and look for two lines that read: " <var name="r_xres" value="1024" /> <var name="r_yres" value="768" /> " From there, you can change it from this 4:3 ratio resolution to whatever you are using to get a better view.

[Updated] List of Free MMO'S
Even though there are things that you do have to pay for, such as special tanks or ammo, for a large part, the game is free, it's called World of Tanks. It mostly focuses on tanks that were in service during WWII, though there are a very small handful of post war tanks too, such as the the Chinese Type 59 (the only Chinese tank in the game, the rest are part of an "American" "German" or "Soviet" tech tree, with plans to introduce a French Tech Tree in the next update, and eventually a Japanese and general European (which includes tanks from Poland, Czechoslovakia, Sweden, Romania, etc.) ABP Reloaded, also known as All Point Bulletin, the game was pay to play at first, as well as to obtain. When the developer went bust, the game was bought out with the hopes of making it Free to Play. Now the game is Free to Play and like Team Fortress 2, can be obtained for free via Steam. Best way I can describe this is likely City of Heros/Villans meets LCPDFR/GTAIV.

Need Help w/Indicator
Strange, it works fine for me. Are you using the Arrow Keys and not A and D? That could have something to do with it. I think U and I do the hazard and position lights, and O will toggle the headlamps on/off at night. Also, what version of the game are you using? If it's not the most recent, I think that (as well as LCPDFR) will have issues running it (and the Steam version I'm very certain comes with it pre-installed if you got it recently.)

Emergency 4 Series.
Wow! Thank you so much for that link! I was really on the fence on whether or not I should buy it or not (wish Steam had it), but knowing that Amazon had 3 and 4 for 20 bucks after shipping to my area, and after playing that that Demo, I was sold on it! If that Demo is an indicator this is a VERY good game, and I think it should get FAR more attention stateside than it does! Not to mention, another plus for me is the PRL mod: Mmmmmmmmmmm Warszawy, Nysy i Fiaty.

crash :(
Could just be the computer then, Windows 7, as nice of an OS it is, can be a very picky system to work with sometimes. Good to see you have the problem worked out though.

That radar mod also works great btw. A suspect was going 50 during a chase (according to the radar), and the radio confirmed him as going 50 mph.
