Starting Patrol...
Ah, the VAZ 2170, or better known as the Lada Priora. One of the cars I have in the game too. Quite a fun vehicle.

question
That isn't a bad idea, as you usually run into suspects with weapons in almost all the calls. The only problem will be how to pick up the weapon, as sometimes, it will replace the weapon you are carrying, such as when you report to the Suicide call (likely a new key could be made for that).

question 3
I guess for the first part of the question, you can try to remember how many arrests you've made, make such arrests then check back here to see if the number goes up. As for the 2nd question, that's a good one, as I've been trying to figure that out for a while (sometimes, I have two suspects to deal with, usually in cases of pullovers where the perp and accomplice just freaks.)

Do You Get Shot At From Cars?
I am playing without Hardcore mode on, and I have had suspects shoot at us from the car during some pursuits already. Usually I back off in the interest of my own and public safety and authorize lethal force when necessary.

Question 2
I guess it does seem to randomly happen like that. I think from every 10 times I call EMS or Fire to respond, I usually 2 or 3 will just pass by without a thought in the world.

Do You Get Shot At From Cars?
Lately, I have noticed a MASSIVE gang presence in the Exchange disctrict that I never thought was there, which is the area I usually patrol lately. Sometimes trying to stop a gang member at shooting after attempting to shoots turns the whole block into a massive shootout area. I had one case in Little Italy where a gang member started shooting at us from a Bus a passenger as well! I also had another case yesterday after a pursuit, trying to shoot out a suspect's tires as he was fleeing, apparently the Mafioso folk there didn't like it and all pulled out Small Machine Pistols, like MP5s. Got messy enough that it was one of the few times I had to call in NOOSE backup.

From the album: Random shots of my patrols
Partner shot after a shootout with the Mafia in Little Italy during a pursuit, Had to call in NOOSE to help, and even they had some trouble clearing out the block. Was able to revive my partner, and then clear the block, then I was able to see the suspect attempting to flee the area while on foot, which continued from Little Italy to the southern extents of the Exchange district.© K. Suicide call?
If I'm not mistaken, I think 0.95 RC1 is meant to work on 1.0.7, and older versions might not work too well. I have had a fair share of Suicide calls in 0.95RC and have had more tons of them in 0.91 already, I haven't had too many issues, I usually just clear the area of regular civilian peds by pressing ALT+K, then carefully aim my weapon at him and start holding E when it's within the Green Area, and hope no one walks in between us (Thankfully, the Taser is very useful here for those situations.) As for 0.91, it is described as it is above in this thread. Also if you're getting mostly Police Cars or Taxis as your traffic, I'd recommend you try one of the many solutions that help diversify the traffic. The one I like to use is Traffic Flow, but there are others that allow other cars to show up than primarily just the 20 on the list you can modify on Traffic Flow (no need to list Ambulances, Taxis, Police Vehicles and Fire Trucks, they already drive around without them in there). 0.95 RC1 has been working fine for me for the most part, and has been a whole lot more stable than the beta for me, but I do see what you mean. Hopefully by the time RC2 or even the final version comes out, it should be tons better, and less buggier (would be nice to get a call and have them all be able to work or at least give you a Code 4 response.)

Looking For Mods To Go With LCPDFR
Well, I'm ok with the game as it is now, I don't need anything like SNT. The Opening Poster was asking for stuff to help enhance the realism, and I don't recall anything like an Indicator script or fuel mod in the game. In fact a lot of the stuff recommended in the thread, you can't really do with SNT to begin with.

LCPD:FR O.95RC Arrests
I do believe that the there is an issue regarding the arrest function not being very responsive. I seem to have it as well to a lighter extent. Have you tried to spam the E key just to see what happens? Usually in cases where I don't pull out the gun, it ends up showing up eventually. In cases where I do though, it does happen after 2 or 3 times if not instantly.

Looking For Mods To Go With LCPDFR
As far as the fuel mod itself, it seems to work fine (though doesn't show the display that you see on the right side of the screen with the digital fuel status and speedometer, just the fuel gauge in the bottom left), but you can refuel at gas stations and get repaired there without having to go to the nearest Pay and Spray (which can be god knows how far from you) or typing "heal" in the console. It does show the gas gauge under the radar though. There is also another gas mod I tested out last night, one that does diversify the fuel burn between other vehicles, and comes with a spiffy spedometer (and one that will actually show up, unlike SpeedoIV)/RPM gauge/Fuel Gauge. This one also has a few other options, like manually starting the vehicle, but because it has light functions as well, and they seem to interfere with the indicator script, I went back to the more simple fuel mod. http://www.gtaforums...howtopic=399649 Personally, all I need now is a Speedometer that shows mph that actually works. Tried that SpeedoIV ever since I got it, and still can't get it to work. Anyone know a properly working alternative (without having to get SNT)?

profile warning status?
Yeah, if you click on "Warn Status", you should see all the warnings left by mods/admins from what I gathered, so if it doesn't have anything like that, you should be good!

Looking For Mods To Go With LCPDFR
Here are some mods that I have, they do amp up the realism to an extent. -Indicator Script. Great one recently done by someone on this forum (name escapes me, but I thank him greatly!) Also helps set up convincing traps at night time (can turn off the headlights), as well as properly follow traffic regulations now. -Traffic Flow (allows for you to let the game spawn 20 vehicles of your choice, this is good if you use modded vehicles, as it does fix the Police Car/Taxi Cab bug which causes mostly Taxi Cabs or Cop Cars to load up.) I find it great since it helps really diversify the traffic for me (though I wish that there were more than 20 slots). I've also been considering another mod that help in vehicular realism: Fuel Mod: http://www.gtainside...=25328&orderBy= Actually, I'll download it now, if anyone wants to know what I think about it, feel free to ask!

profile warning status?
If you mean that little rectangle with the word Warn Status by it, you may have misunderstood it. I wouldn't worry about it, it isn't anything bad, think of it like wanted level on GTA, right now, I'd assume the warning status is showing as if you had 0 out of 6 stars. At least that's one way to think of it.

IMAGES SNAPED BY ROCKSTAR EMPLOYEE!!
Well, if this is real, I guess that Island could represent what could be the GTA version of Catalina Island. They do have an airport as a means of getting to the Island, and I believe it isn't that far away from LA IRL. I should say though, part of my BS meter is reading high on this also. Los Santos seems far too small from what we should expect, and that map, just feels like a hacked up photoshop job on a San Andreas Map and slapped on a GTA IV pause menu. The next thing is, even though it is still fairly early to have anything like that I'd guess is the lack of anything on that map that would show specific location icons. I'm really edging towards this being fake myself.

cars
I wouldn't see why getting so hostile to the idea of people doing that in their game. I have a Milicja Fiat 125p as my usual cruiser, and tons of East Bloc cars (primarily Polish Classics, like FSO M20s, Syrena 105s, Syrena Sport, Polonez (various variants), Fiat 126p, Fiat 125p and so on) in the game. The only thing that is stopping me from modding out more of the Police cars is the fact I'm not sure how to go about modding one of the cars to make more cars that would fit the 1980s/1970s Milicja Obywatelska, like an FSO Polonez (both unmarked and regular MO service, FSO M20, UAZ 469, etc.) That's the thing I like about LCPDFR though, like you said, it doesn't force you to use certain cars, you can use whatever mod cruisers you want! :D

agressive driving
Know what you mean about the AI, was doing a chase yesterday, was attempting to PIT maneuver the suspect over on Union Drive West, and right when I got set up, an AI car comes out of nowhere and rams him from the back, thus screwing up any chance of ending this within the Liberty State Lines, ended up with him getting boxed in (after getting him PIT'd into a wall) on the Plumbers Skyway in Alderney. Not too much of a nuisance though as much as the AI becoming trigger happy after you Frisk a ped and find something on them, or an attacking ped has been immobilized though. It seems like things had been pretty well fixed up between the Beta and RC1 in the respects of how the AI behaves in chases.

what to do with the homeless
I can say, in Central Florida (just like in Liberty City) there is a MASSIVE amount of people who are homeless, and attitudes towards them vary in each town/county. In Orlando, and in Orange County in general, they are for the most part treated as any other person, though I have witnessed a few who are begging for money at intersections being confronted by OCSO (Orange County Sheriff's Office). I would assume many here that are caught get themselves Baker Acted (sent to a psych ward) where they likely convince the doctors they are severely mentally ill just to have the roof and meals, as well as a free legal high. In the smaller towns, like in Sanford, the people do not take very positively to the Homeless, as they are often seen as very rude, thieving (there is a bar I go up to from time to time there, there was a case where a Homeless man who frequented there had stolen some money after breaking in after hours, guy disappeared after that) and squatting at local businesses (which leads to the events that goes to the first perception). In some towns, especially what I noticed in Volusia County (where Daytona Beach is), there was a huge problem with bored teens often brutally attacking homeless folks, which in most cases lead to the death of the homeless. Essentially, it appears that the LEOs treat them as they would any other civilian. What I do in LCPDFR is just treat them as anyone else, even if I pull them over driving a decent car (I guess something to consider in the future may be vehicle registrations to confirm car thefts, and to see if vehicle registrations are expired). Otherwise, ones on foot I usually don't do much with unless they're behaving strangely enough, or hostile enough to warrant me to do a frisk search, and things can go anywhere from there.

Police related trailer analysis
It is also something to see that this time, they treated the license plates on all the cars as being in San Andreas state, as opposed to GTA:SA's license plates, which typically corresponded to the City that the car was in.

Worlds Scariest Police Chases
Man, I totally was into it, and heck, sometimes I'll pop it into the PS2 just for the heck of it too! I loved how it was one of the few games where you played a REGULAR uniformed Police officer, instead of a Criminal or an Undercover cop. For the time, it was also one of the best Driving games for PS1 in my opinion, even when it came down to the car's physical model damage, how stuff like bumpers would fall off and such, which games like Driver and Driver 2 from around the same era didn't exactly have. Heck, the stuff the devs put in the game as an extra you can obtain, like Silly Speech mode, as well as other modes that could change how the game was played were pretty awesome. The two player was even more of a plus to the game, as it did encourage teamwork, and good communication skills too! While there have been games that outdid it in terms of graphics, features and such, this is one of the things I haven't really seen done much since. A bummer they canned the second game for PS2 after FOX Interactive got sold. Would have been fun to see what they would have had, maybe even licensed cars for a change instead of the generic ones they had as well! Of course, I always consider LCPDFR to be the "game" that people who grew up, and loved World's Scariest Police Chases would have been joyed to see had they released the 2nd game.

Your city's police cars
Sorry for the triple post, the forum software won't allow me to add more than a certain amount of photos. And here is some of that Suburban I mentioned earlier: That one tends to rarely come out of the Police Parking lot, but I have seen it every now and then.

Your city's police cars
And at my school, UCF, it's an interesting mix of cars, older Impalas, newer Impalas, Crown Vics, Jeeps, even an older Chevy Suburban that seems to have been previously owned by the Indianapolis Speedway Police:

Your city's police cars
Some of the stuff I see in my area quite frequently: Orange County Sheriff's Office Chevy Impala: Florida Highway Patrol Crown Victoria: Florida highway patrol Dodge Charger: FDOT Police Crown Vic, I usually see them pull over trucks on the toll roads, and occasionally people as well:

Install over other version?
From my experience, you could without problem. It will just overwrite most, if not all the files associated with 0.91 with 0.95 Beta 1's. You can also use the same procedure if 0.95 Beta 1 starts to be too buggy to revert back to 0.91.

Linking account with version 0.91 stable.
I have read the pinned topics (assuming that's what you mean by stickies), don't see anything when it comes to submitting an error report (unless I missed it, eyes and brain getting slower and more prone to error these days.) If so, that could explain it. Answered my own question just now actually, went to the Downloads page to see when the installer was last updated. Since I had the installer in my Downloads folder since I got it, it never occurred to see when it was last updated, and from what I see (and what had been explained in another thread, but wasn't sure if it was 0.91 being discussed until I checked when 0.91 was released), 0.91 tries to contact the old server, where with 0.95 it is fixed and contacts the current server. Thanks for help!
