Rename the mods folder to _mods and try again. If it works then, it’s an issue in the mods folder. I recommend to start a new mods folder.

renaming the mods folder disables it from loading, name it back to mods to make it work again. If your game crashes, then there is an error in the folder.

Pls stop writing in that extreme big size... You can fix it by reverting your latest changes to the mods folder or start a new one. For testing you can disable the whole mods folder by renaming it to _mods

Load gta first, once youre ingame load Ragepluginhook. if this does not help, rename the mods folder to _mods
