since you have a lot of mods like vehicles etc reinstalling only lspdfr might not help. then you should go back to a clean gta folder and start fresh.

This log looks like how a log should look like. Rename scripts fodler to _scripts, see if the game works with an empty scripts folder. If it works, rename it back and add each mod one by one & see if it works.

You are missing: - ScriptHookVDotNet.ini - the scripts folder in the main gta folder, where your scripts should be installed in

I don't know what you mean by that, basically the whole .ini is about keys...

Make sure to replace all files when updating ScriptHookVDotNet. SHVDN normally creates a log file, where it logs whats happening in the background, its located in the main gta folder.

The plugin says the key given couldn’t be found, so might check your settings for an invalid key.

Hello, this is a mods folder issue, rename it to _mods rught now there is a gta update, so you’ll have to wait for the updates on lspdfr etc

It sounds like the file you edited cause the crash, so replace this file with the original one for the game files. or rename the whole mods folder to _mods and try again. this disables the mods folder from loading, if the game starts, you know the error is in the mods folder then.

StopThePed has an option to make peds "calm". Check the ini for it. If you wanna download it, make sure to use an ablocker on this site, otherwise you'll get confusing ads.

I assume you installed a callout pack wrong, generally a callout pack is installed under gtav/plugins/LSPDFR
