rename your mods folder to _mods that disables all of your mods and your cars, too. the 2nd crash you have is character related, is your characters name John Pope? It crashes when loading it.

Hi! I love that vehicle on the pictures! 🙂 Stuff you can do to prevent texture loss: 1. Main.PreloadAllModels = false in lspdfr.ini (you have done that) 2. remove any high poly veihcles. naything aboce 200000 may cause issues. 3. downgrade any 4k textures 4. lowering your texture quality in the gtav settings.
