  2. I wish there was a better way to do this, but if there is, I haven't found it yet. It's so exhausting having to dig through countless folders and open hundreds of files just to find one particular outfit I want to replace. A preview feature or even a wiki showing where all the vanilla files are stored would make a huge difference, making things so much easier and faster.
  3. With the release of "The Precinct" on May 13th, I'm genuinely excited to see how our community will take the initiative to integrate files from the game into LSPDfr. The potential for enhancing the audio experience is particularly exciting to me, especially considering the high-quality lines (at least the ones ive seen) delivered by the dispatchers in the new game. Their well-made dialogue presents an opportunity to bring fresh voices to the LSPDfr. After all, there are also possibilities for the responding officers audio. I’m eager to witness how these new elements will come together and what creative outcomes our community will bring to life.

  25. Echo 911 is a work-in-progress mod aimed at updating the GTA V dispatch audio with a more realistic voice. The project was initiated due to the discontinuation of the Dispatch Revamp mod, which was previously the only mod providing significant changes to the dispatcher voice. As a high school student newly interested in audio modding, my focus is on making subtle improvements to the dispatch experience. Although this mod does not incorporate advanced sound engineering techniques, it represents an effort to enhance realism within my current capabilities. This mod is still in development, and feedback is welcome as I continue to refine it. In the early steps it'll only fulfill the vanilla LSPDfr (I plan to add Modded Callouts support later), as you can see on the files i've already concluded down below: This is how the new dispatcher voice is supposed to be: AUDIO_DEMO.mp4 ALL OF THESE FOLDERS FILES HAVE BEEN ALREADY REWORK TO THIS MOMENT Every advice on audio engineering will be appreciated!
  26. I adopt this form of writing because it is the method taught by my first writing teacher. However, I am aware of this and have strived to correct it towards a more colloquial approach. Regarding the mentioned issue, I confirmed that removing SWL appears to have resolved the issue. However, I will continue to exercise caution to prevent possible problems in the future. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for the assistance provided.
  27. Verily, in the early days of 2024, I found myself beset by a vexing issue. Lo, though I had not made any alterations beyond the customary, my endeavors were plagued by frequent crashes. Despite my diligent efforts to rectify the situation, my attempts proved fruitless. In recent days, I found myself yearning for the camaraderie of the modding community and the experiences it offered. Thus, I resolved to reinstall Grand Theft Auto V, and then LSPDfr. In adherence to my customary rituals, I meticulously attended to the necessary configurations, ensuring the proper allocation of game resources (PackfileLimitsAdjuster, HeapAdjuster, LSPD Vehicle Pack, GTAV Config, EUP, EUPFR). Yet, like a specter lurking in the shadows, the crashes persisted, casting a pall over my endeavors. With dogged determination, I undertook a systematic approach to troubleshooting, stripping away extraneous modifications until naught remained but the essential components of LSPDfr and EUPFR. Alas, even this austere measure proved ineffectual, as the specter of crashing haunted my every attempt. I beseeched aid from above, wondering if this were a divine chastisement for my hubris in seeking perfection. Thus, I humbly implore assistance in resolving this problem. The logs of RPH stand ready. Let it be known that I am cognizant of the absence of vehicle assets, for I conducted tests to ascertain the functionality of the files, intending to incorporate said conveyances at a later future. 28. Apparently, my OpenIV was hiding invisible characters that were corrupting the files. The problem is now fixed. Thank you.
  29. This file? Anyway, I'll try that. RagePluginHook.log
  30. A month ago, I believe, my game started crashing, so I just rebooted everything, reinstalled LSPDFR, RPH, and GTAV since I was a little bored with the same agencies and uniforms as always. Now I'm facing a crash that's more persistent than the others I've faced, and thus, I'm not able to solve it myself as usual. I made some guesses, looked on some forums, and yet couldn't fix it. I need assistance, the log will be provided next. RagePluginHook_12022024_195826.log

  33. Here to request/suggest a new callouts pack for the Los Santos Department of Security and Traffic. The pack I have in mind is for "Security & Parking" callouts, which would include a variety of scenarios related to parking enforcement, money truck security, public disputes, and other related situations. As we all know, parking enforcement is an essential aspect of maintaining traffic flow and ensuring public safety in a busy city like Los Santos. A "Security & Parking" callouts pack would allow players to experience and respond to various parking-related scenarios, such as enforcing parking laws, ticketing illegally parked vehicles, and towing cars that pose a hazard. Additionally, this pack could also include callouts for standing guard over a money truck during transportation, as well as handling public disputes such as refusing to pay for parking, trespassing, or shouting. I believe that a "Security & Parking" callouts pack would be an excellent addition to the LSPDFR experience, providing players with new challenges and opportunities to serve and protect the citizens of Los Santos. I hope that this suggestion/request receives your consideration, and I look forward to seeing the pack come to fruition.
