Hast du da was verändert?

i looked trough your log and found what you described, but found no erros related to heliassistance or spotlight. but you are missing XSerialiser from Section136Callouts. Everything was working fine. Can you show me a screenshot of your main gta folder (is the latest RageNativeUI installed)? A screenshot of gtav/plugins and a screenshot of gtav/plugins/lspdfr ?

If you deleted it in the mods folder, you can manually copy the patchday20 folder from the original files into the mods folder. verifying game files or reinstalling lspdfr doesn’t help for the mods folder. if you deleted patchday20 from the original game files, you can verify your game files

Those plugins force internet connection (which nobody really likes, but it is how it is). no internet connection means those plugins disables themselves. makes sure you have a internet connection.

There’s another option, you can go to a police vehicle back door, hit „e“ to open the car door. Then you can grab the cuffed suspect by standing behind him and hitting „e“ then let go of the suspect and hit „e“ again, then he will get in automatically. alternatively you can install stoptheped. with it you can grab a suspect via menu and when standing next to a police vehicle, you can choose if the suspect should sit in the front or back seat. make sure you replace the file lspd first response.dll & LSPD First Response.pdb inside of gtav/plugins because thats the file thats still outdated.
