This plugin is brand new, maybe the author should check what’s causing it. Maybe you didn’t choose it to autoload?

You disabled the mods folder from loading by renaming this means sth in it causes your error.

That means sth in thermoses folder is bad and prevents the game from loading, I can’t help you further. revert latest changes or start a new folder

You can change it under gtav/lspdfr/keys.ini

If you are using Firefox (probably every browser), you can select where the downloaded files are saved in the settings, remember that all the downloaded files are saved there.

At first I would suggest to just reinstall Spotlight and heliassist, just replace the files if asked.

Because you said the bodycam plugin is not loading
