what you did there was disabling the mods folder from loading by renaming it. if you rename it back and its crashing again, then there is sth that causes issues. you can then revert the latest changes or start a new mods folder

set your ragepluginhook loading time to 60000. you can do that by starting rph, then immediately hold shift till the window opens. ->

2 things: temporarily move all mods out, so that you only have vanilla game. if it’s still not launching, verify your game files

I can see you have the new scripthookv installed, but the logs look good. can you open els control panel with control + p ?

In the crash Incan see sth with tow truck and grammarpolice. pls remove grammarpolice temporarily and check now. do you have a custom tow truck model? maybe that’s the problem. You can also try to remove it temporarily and read grammarpolice

Set your rph loading time to 60000 and delete lspd first response out of gtav/plugins/lspdfr, the right path where it’s already installed (otherwise you wouldn’t been able to go on duty) is gtav/plugins
