  1. Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post your diagnostics report log dump. Post any other relevant logs. Include as much information as possible.
  2. Download this one (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=84), extract it and overwrite the file when asked.
  3. Everything looks fine from that screen capture. What does ASI log says?
  4. And you still don't have ScriptHookDotNet.log (text document) in your GTA IV main folder?
  5. I think you have to install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/service-packs-download#sptabs=win7).
  6. Most of them do have multiple liveries. You can open a .wtd file with SparkIV or OpenIV and see if the model can have more than 1 livery. http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/how-to-enable-multiple-liveries-on-a-vehicle-video-tutorial-r31
  7. From the album: Screenshots

  8. Go to your GTA IV root directory, find ScriptHookDotNet.log (text document), open it, copy the contents and paste them here with the spoiler tags.
  9. I don't know, but ignore the G17 Diagnostics Tool and see if the LCPD:FR is working.
  10. Google, how to be a super administrator on Windows 7. If you want to. Install those with administrative rights: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 And make sure that you are running the game with administrative rights by going to GTA IV/EFLC folder, right click on GTAIV.exe/EFLC.exe, select 'Properties' then 'Compatibility' and enable option 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV/EFLC.exe. Also, download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV/EFLC root folder (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83) and overwrite the files when asked.
  11. Download vDH Police Helper ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) and extract all files into your scripts folder. If you have vdH Coroner and vdH Towing Service modifications installed, then you can use them with the vdH Police Helper. vdH Towing Service modification is already connected with the Police Helper, but you have to manually connect the vdH Coroner modification by going to scripts folder, vdH_MedicalExaminer.ini, look for UseKey = yes and switch it to UseKey = no. Now you can call coroner and towing service by pressing the X key on your keyboard and selecting one of the call options..
  12. vdH METT/Coroner Mod - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> vdH TowingService - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Braveheart's Policing Script - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  13. There is always an ambulance model with Whelen Edge's and Freedom's or any other, but why not the Valor lightbar? After all, Valor lightbar is considered to be safer and reliable emergency warning product for first responders. It's your choice anyway, don't think this that i'm forcing you or anything like that.
  14. Federal Signal Valor, or maybe two of them if there's enough space on that roof.
  15. Right click on the any shortcut you got on desktop and see if you have the option to run program as administrator. If the option is there then your user account doesn't have administrator privileges, I think.
  16. Do the stuff I wrote in my previous reply. Also, create a text document named commandline then inside of it type in -availablevidmem 2, save and close. GTA IV is a very unstable game, even without the modifications. Crashes are normal. All you can do is avoid them as much as possible.
  17. Make sure that you are running the game with the administrative rights by going to GTA IV/EFLC folder, right click on GTAIV.exe/EFLC.exe, select 'Properties' then 'Compatibility' and enable option 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV/EFLC.exe (if you have Windows 8, then ignore LaunchGTAIV/EFLC.exe part). Download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV/EFLC root folder and overwrite the files (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83).
  18. In real life, yes, but i'm not so sure for the GTA IV.
  19. Take a look at my previous post and think about it. There is no handling line listed here for 2000 Silverado but there's also no need to make one if you can try and use the handling line from the 2001 Tahoe, or police2. Unless Sgt.Kanyo makes one for the 2000 Silverado. I never tried them on the 2000 Silverado but I think that they should work just fine.
