For me "based" means exact font type, color of the fonts and decals, same text size and everything that will make your skin look like the real one, except what text you will have, like having "Liberty City" instead of "Rio Rancho" or "RRPD" instead of "POLICE". I told you what you could improve and fix, you created another topic saying what font is used on that police vehicle but still you have the wrong one. If you want to have skin which is based of Rio Rancho, New Mexico PD then it should have what I said in my first sentence. The choice is yours, I don't care what are you going to do with the skin, all I know that I tried to help you how to improve and fix your skin to look as the real one and not amateur. Looks like "145" and "EMERGENCY DIAL 911" have wrong font as well.

Well you can see it by yourself, looks like text 'POLICE' has wrong font, it's smaller and extended, 'LIBERTY CITY and 'SERVING SINCE 1981' are black and have wrong font type as well. Go to dafont.com, register and post on their forum so people can exactly identify what font types you need. After you know what font types you need, google them, download them and install them. Some fonts are for commercial/private use which means you need to buy them, some of them are free which you can download, so if the fonts on that police vehicle is for commercial/private use you need to ask the people who identified those fonts, what are the similar/closest ones.

Drive behind the vehicle and press shift, pop up messages in upper left corner of the screen will tell you what to do next. You can press Shift+Tab to open a window which has list of keys for LCPDFR or you can download this >.pdf file and print them.

LCPDFR Pull over script reacts like when you are calling a taxi and taxi pulls over for you to enter, so when you are behind the vehicle pressing shift will make vehicle to pull over and stop just like when you are calling a taxi except you are driving behind the vehicle and you don't need to enter. Mission in SP camp. wants you to use police sirens to stop vans.

Install ENB > Copy visualSettings.dat from commondata and paste to TBOGTcommondata > Copy timecyc.dat from pcdata and paste to TBOGTpcdata. If you are playing TLAD, copy timecyc.dat from pcdata and paste to TLADpcdata.

Downloads section is filled with models, you can take half an hour and find them by yourself or you can download the model you like and change the lightbar texture to blue. You can find those textures in the .WTD file.

It was funny at first when I watched the video then after I saw few other ones, I have to say this guy is crazy and very obsessed with eggs.

Window template is already included with the model files. If you want GSP window texture from the model, open .wtd file and extract it.

Same thing happened to me when I was using some CVPI models. When you are going away from models lights will appear above them.

Download older version Game4video's ENB and extract d3d9.dll to your GTA IV root folder.
