You have to first select the .wav sound file you want to replace then import the new one and make sure the new .wav file has the same name as the one you want to replace. What version of GTA-IVaud do you have ?

Yea, I will not post the link so if someone wants to have the siren just pm me you dont have to post here also you need to have ELS v7 so you can use all 4 tones. I dont know why everyone wants to have this modified siren, I only replaced 'AMBULANCE_WARNING' tone in HORNS.ivaud file with 'scan' tone from Touchmaster Delta, everyone could do it.

My best guess would be is that he is using Federal Signal: Unitrol Omega 90K with "scan" tone from Federal Signal: Touchmaster Delta and different air horn (i think). You can ask him here on forum, NicolaiB is his username but im not 100% sure.
