  1. Yep Happy B-day c13! :D
  2. ELS v7 is awesome and why would anyone uninstall it? Maybe because they are lazy to test all features that ELS v7 has? It took me 2 days to get used to new ELS and now I have no problems with it, it's perfect. I also changed some keys in .ini file so I can use ELS v7 very easy.
  3. Happy Birthday Carrythxd!
  4. I said maybe, i'm not sure that savegames are causing CTD but I can bet that something is wrong with the game files. You can do clean installation of the game, patch it, install whatever the game needs to function properly and make a backup of the whole game if you have enough HDD space.
  5. I know that Vucko v6 for 1.0.7.0 and EFLC is working, so 1.0.4.0 should do the same. I don't know about P1Ch3 v1 ENB but if your friends are using these ENBs without errors then only problem is that something went wrong with the game files or maybe savegame files.
  6. He already disabled the keys. The problem was that he had outdated scripthook.
  7. Read Me said that you can add 3 more skins to the model in .wtd file with OpenIV, not make. If you want to make skins use Photoshop or GIMP or other graphics editing program. Template for the model is included with model files. http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/how-to-import-skins-onto-a-vehicle-r28 http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/how-to-enable-multiple-liveries-on-a-vehicle-video-tutorial-r31 http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/how-to-convert-real-life-images-of-police-cars-to-gta-iv-textures-r55 http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/texturing-tips-and-tricks-r8 http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/how-to-make-a-texture-for-firetruck-ambulance-police-r18

  9. What operating system do you have?
  10. Remove VehicleSelector and check does it work.
  11. I'm not sure if I understand, you need unlocked CVPI model to make skins? If you want to make skins use templates that are included in the pack. If you want skins from those CVPIs for personal use, open .wtd file with OpenIV and extract them.
  12. If you are using ENB and d3d9.dll file is missing in the GTA IV root folder, black screen will occur.
  13. Vehicle Configuration File (VCF) is .ini file, you can read more about that in ELS v7 manual.
  14. GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer v1.6
  15. Unr3al, which ENB you used in the photos above?
  16. So, I can use any ENB I like and copy those bloom files and settings to that ENB then I will have good ELS lights?
  17. The reason why indicator script doesn't work is because of that fuel mod you have.
  18. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

  20. When and where are you going to release it?
  21. Using the 'Warp Text' tool introduces unacceptable distortions (and the spacing seems poor). Is there a way in Photoshop to make text like in the screenshot? I also tried using pen and shape tools but couldn't get it to fit properly.
  22. If consoles can run the game, then PC's can run it better. Ofc, if it's well optimized port. So you don't need very high-end PC.
