  4. Maybe something went wrong in the ZModeler, you can also try and export the model few times that might fix the crash.
  5. It's pretty easy to make one, only thing you have to do is paint blue stripes and words, red letters to white and white background to black.
  6. You have replaced police vehicle model with the Vincent, right?
  7. Update the WinRAR, and if that doesn't work then remove it from the computer and install 7-Zip.
  8. There is no emerglights texture file you are looking for that is available for the public, maybe someone made one for the personal use but I don't think so. I think you are going to have to make one by yourself but it's going to be hard to find/make exact blue light textures for it, or you can use blue light textures from the other ambulance models.
  9. Use this if you haven't cleaned GTA IV stuff from the registry.
  10. Make sure that you are running the game as a administrator by going to GTA IV folder > right click on LaunchGTAIV.exe > Properties > Compatibility and check 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same for the GTAIV.exe.
  11. You have to disable SNT keys by going to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click Find Next and replace 0 with 1.
  12. What kind of file archiver software do you have?
  13. 1. You can use >Braveheart Policing Script to receive new callouts. 2. You can direct traffic with Braveheart Policing Script, and use >vDH Police Helper to spawn barriers and other stuff. Yes it's possible in singleplayer too. 3. Launch GTA IV, press Home key and create an account. 4. You can use GTA IV to create LIVE and LAN match.
  14. Is your game updated with the latest patch (1.0.7.0)? Are you using steam/digital or disc version of the game?
  15. Go to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0 then click Find Next and replace 0 with 1.
  16. In multiplayer ELS siren doesn't work, only the GTA IV horn key which is used as the siren key works.
  17. Do you have Simple Native Trainer?
  18. You have to disable it in-game, the option for disabling GTA IV traffic is in the Options menu, second page, 'Enable/Disable Cars'.
  19. He has pretty good system specifications there is no need for that commandline. @TC: Make sure that you are running the game as a administrator by going to GTA IV folder > right click on LaunchGTAIV.exe > Properties > Compatibility and check 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same for the GTAIV.exe. Have you tried those commandlines? (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=404147) Use this taxi bug fix (http://gtamania.ru/load/mods_for_gta_4/script_mods_for_gta_4/chikamru_real_traffic_v1_0/128-1-0-5199). That will fix taxi bug and spawn more traffic but if you are using Simple Native Trainer you can disable GTA IV traffic with it, and make only script to spawn traffic.
  20. Sounds like Whelen sirens.
