Easiest way is to use Stop the ped instead of Arrest Manager

Please rename your modfolder to mods2 and look if it works.

When you start RPH there is a gear-sign in the RPH-Window. Click on it. Then you will see the settings 🙂

No. The log is always created when you start RPH. The actual one is in your GTA folder. No subfolder. Same name without time and date. Noone of us needs the crash report.

There must be something false on your side. In things you do. I checked the download and the missing files are there. Please post a screenshot of your audio folder. Path is GTA5/lspdfr/audio\scanner\Assorted Callouts Audio\Crimes
