Yes, I guess it would be covered by ELS. Do you use B also for Ultimate Backup? Probably thats conflicting with your Crime Report. Do you ever tried DPadDown on controller?

First, this is the wrong one. Your actual log is in your GTA folder, not in a subfolder like logs. Has the same name but without time and date. Second, the old log I cannot download. Please try again and attach the actual log
