Hmm da könnte das Problem liegen. LSPDFR 0.4 sollte am besten auf eine saubere Installation installiert werden. Keine anderen Mods, Scripts ect. Um das ganze abzukürzen und nicht noch weiter Wochen rumzuraten, würde ich dir empfehlen GTA zu deinstallieren, dann den GTA-Ordner prüfen und alles löschen was noch da ist und anschließend GTA neu installieren. Und dann erst mal LSPDFR und RPH installieren.

War GTA und Mods schon vor dem installieren von LSPDFR 0.4 auf dem PC?

Du postest doch schon die ganze Zeit 😄 Du sollst nur das File hier posten anstatt Screenshots davon zu machen. Aber wenn RPH nicht klappt ist das File nicht da. Ist Windows Defender auch ausgeschaltet? Benutzerkontensteuerung schein bei dir auch eingeschaltet zu sein, schalte die mal ab. Und prüfe ob ALLE GTA.exes und die RPH.exe als Admin laufen.

Drücke ingame mal STRG und P. Damit schaltest du die ELS-Infoanzeige ein. Prüfe ausserdem ob ELS nicht gelockt ist. (Rollen-Taste) Poste ausserdem mal die Ragepluginhook.log (hänge die Datei an. Screenshots sind nur Datenmüll 😄 )

First of all delete every plugin which isn´t updated for 0.4. Then try again

Well, first of all I don´t rate anything 5 to 5 if I don´t like it. In fact I never rate something here becaue most times I totally forgot 😄 But there is a difference beetween criticize someone or just complaining. As example: If you had wrote something like: Hey Syedogg, I like your callout pack but I hope the variety of callouts will be improved. I have some ideas for this callouts... bla bla. You write: I want this, i want that, I want variety, and if you don´t do what I want your callout pack is shit 😉 This is disrespectful at first and also you don´t have to WANT something. Syedogg makes what HE WANTS. He is lucky if people like his plugin, give him ideas and he learns with every work he do on it. But he isn´t here to fulfill your wishes. It´s sad that I need to tell this to someone who is older then me. And it´s ridiculous that you complain about a callout that other callout packs have. You can ignore him. If he take it out there would be no difference for you. Not more callouts only one disabled. So what´s your problem. And if you don´t have interest in LSPDFR because of callout variety (which I cant understand because there is a lot of variety at moment) then leave it. Nobody carers. The people here use their free time to give us good plugins. This you should respect. -

Try to set exceptions in your antivirus and firewall. Also make sure you run RPH and GTA as admin. If it don´t work, disable your antivirus.

@icufly99 Please do a bit of research next time. There are a lot of topics with this error. And in the most of them I wrote it already. It´s an LSPDFR-Bug which will be fixed in the next version. 😉

This is really strange. There is no error in the log and Albos plugins works don´t break the game like that. Please install your AlboPlugins again. But step by step. Install one, see if it works, when yes, delete it and install the next. Report back which plugin caused this.

First of all please remove all LSPDFR-plugins don´t be updated for LSPDFR 0.4. In the next step remove outdated RPH-plugins. After this, check if game is more stable

Please post your logfile. It´s a text document named Ragepluginhook in your GTA folder (No subfolder) You don´t need to zip it.
